But, I still have the feeling by eating a breakfast, lunch, "second lunch" if you want to call it that, and dinner that I'm eating too much - I guess it just seems that I'm eating all the time! Maybe I should actually try to do a calorie count to see if I really am eating too much, or if it just feels that way? That sounds like no fun though...
More water is a must today.....and since it's 9:22 am, I better go find some breakfast!
